Ronda Rousey’s combat career has garnered her many fans. However, she has also been a part of many movies and has received praise from her co-stars. Actors like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger have previously lauded Ronda Rousey. They had worked together in the movie ‘Expendables 3’.

However, Jada Pinkett Smith also once had some great things to say about her. As reported by ‘Mirror‘ in 2015, the ‘Collateral’ actress spoke about ‘Rowdy’. She said, “You don’t expect pretty girls to be able to kick b**t like that.”
“There’s nothing harder than getting in the Octagon. This Hollywood cr*p? Pshhhh – she got that!”
“Ronda is expanding the idea of ‘woman’.”

Mrs. Smith has spoken about Rousey back in 2014 as well.
‘The Arm Collector’ brought tons of attention to women’s mixed martial arts. From becoming the UFC’s first women’s champion to staying undefeated for a long time, the American’s contribution to MMA can’t be sidelined.
While the Judoka stayed dominant throughout her career, she faced her first defeat at the hands of Holly Holm at UFC 193. She lost via a T/KO in round two.

Post that, Rousey returned after a year to face Amanda Nunes at UFC 207. Unfortunately, the fighter faced yet another loss. She once again lost through a T/KO.

After facing two back-to-back losses, she retired from the sport with no plans of coming back. Nonetheless, that was not the end of her combat career. Fans got the opportunity to see her at WWE.
Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey at WWE
Rousey, who had been the UFC women’s bantamweight champion, made her WWE debut in 2018. Her love for wrestling was well-known.
The Olympics medalist’s first official match was at WrestleMania 34 where she teamed up with Kurt Angle to face Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team bout. Rousey received much praise for her performance as she won the match along with Angle.

However, she has had a rocky career at WWE. She got booed by fans after her return to WrestleMania 38. She had left after WrestleMania 35.

She also recently received a suspension after she attacked referee Dan Engler at WWE SummerSlam.
Thus, she had seen the highs and lows at both UFC and WWE. Yet she remains an important name in combat sports.
