Michael Chandler left many eyes in awe and jaws dropped with his incredible knockout of Tony Ferguson at UFC 274. It was one of the best knockouts of his career, and even the reactions to it are worth watching. But one reaction stood out. It was of the legendary WWE superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

‘Iron’ Michael Chandler faced UFC legend Tony Ferguson in a mouthwatering battle at UFC 274 and ended the fight with a showreel finish. His right kick to Ferguson’s chin ended up sending ‘El Cucuy’ to the canvas for good. It instantly became a contender for the Knockout of the Year award.

WWE legend ‘The Rock’ recently posted a recording of himself witnessing it on TV. In the shocking cum hilarious reaction, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was sipping on his drink when Chandler dropped Ferguson with a front head kick and made Johnson throw it out in shock.

Johnson was sitting on his couch, enjoying the fight, and sharing his thoughts on the electrifying atmosphere at UFC 274. He said, “Let me tell you something. You could feel the electricity and the mana. You could feel it through the TV, by the way, I can just imagine how it is in this arena. Lets f**king go boys,” before taking a sip from his drink.

At that exact moment, Chandler dropped ‘El Cucuy’ cold and Johnson sat stunned. He took a moment to catch his breath and reacted, “Holy shit. Fucking incredible… Chandler caught Ferguson, I think with a high right kick, That was in-fucking-credible.”

He captioned the post, “LFG BOYS!! 🥃  The second I go to give my boys @mikechandlermma & @tonyfergusonxt a @teremana toast – BOOM 💥 “

The Rock‘ was not the only one that couldn’t believe his eyes. UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, live commentators Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier, and millions of fans around the world couldn’t believe what they saw.

What’s next for Michael Chandler?

Mike Chandler has shown his potential to the UFC president Dana White after an already successful Bellator stint. Before this fight, the 36-year-old fighter was on a losing streak after straight defeats against Charles Oliveira and Justin Gaethje.

However, no one had doubted his ability to demolish his opponents with his superb wrestling and striking skills. However, Chandler also showcased his mic skills after the fight with his incredible callout that earned as much praise as his knockout.

After the fight, he called out Charles Oliveira, Justin Gaethje, and Conor McGregor. Chandler told Joe Rogan, “There is not one MMA fan on the planet that doesn’t want to see me rematch you Charles [Oliveira] or rematch you Justin Gaethje. … If Hunter Campbell and Dana White have a momentary lapse in judgment and they give the title shot to someone else, I’ve got one dude on my mind.”

“Conor McGregor, you’ve got to come back and fight somebody. I am the most entertaining lightweight on the planet. But I want to up the stakes, Conor. I want you at your biggest, I want you at your baddest and I want you at your best. You and me at 170 this summer, this fall, this winter. Holler at your boy!”

It is difficult to predict who the UFC pits against him. However, with this electrifying performance and call-out, no one can deny ‘Iron’ Michael Chandler is one of the most entertaining lightweights in the UFC right now.
