The 56-year-old recently shared a post to promote the 10th edition of the ‘Protect Our Parks’ episode on his multi-million-dollar podcast. This promoted ‘The Rock’ to make an admission about Rogan and his comedian friends.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was arguably one of the biggest guests on the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’, given how big of a star he is in Hollywood. During the episode, he touched upon a lot of topics, from his initial days as a WWE superstar to his seriously considering an MMA career during the late ’90s. Johnson even worked out in the gym with Joe Rogan and his entourage of comedians as he revealed his experience in the 56-year-old’s post. Let us take a look at that front.

The ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ recently released another episode of ‘Protect Our Park’ featuring Shane Gillis, Mark Normand, and Ari Shaffir. He shared a post on Instagram to let his fans and followers know about it as it came to the attention of former 10-time WWE champion Dwayne Johnson. The WWE legend and Hollywood star reminisced about his recent experience of hitting the gym with Rogan and his comedian friends, prompting him to make a confession.

It seems like ‘The Rock’ loved hanging out with Joe Rogan and Co. He posted a comment on the JRE host’s post and recalled having a lot of fun when they spent time in the sauna. Johnson said, Love these motherf***ers. God I wish we were half naked in our sauna again.” Incidentally, Rogan also made a confession about ‘The Rock’ regarding some of the physical limitations that he witnessed while working out with him. JRE host revealed ‘The Rock’s mobility issues

Joe Rogan opened up about his experience working out with Dwayne Johnson on the #2068 episode of his podcast. He mentioned that he and his friends worked out for three hours with the WWE legend, and there he realized ‘The Rock’s issues with mobility. Rogan said, We’re with The Rock. We worked out for three hours… He [The Rock] did pretty good. Except for the mobility stuff.”

Rogan also named a few exercises that ‘The Rock’ struggled with and said, Like windmills, he struggled with windmills, and he struggled with a couple of things.” Nevertheless, the 56-year-old did maintain the fact that ‘The Rock’ was an incredible worker in the gym. However, as people start to age, they do experience difficulties, which lead them to make a change in the way they train.

Joe Rogan has clearly established a great relationship with ‘The Rock’ in only one podcast appearance.
