Allyson at Tokyo Olympics 2021

Felix won two medals at the Summer Games held in Tokyo, one gold in the 4x400m relay and one bronze in the 400m race. Along with the two Olympic medals, Felix also recorded her second-best time in the 400m race in 2021. Felix ran a 49.46 second race, bettered only by her 49.26 time in 2015.

Although she certainly has gained experience, which would’ve been beneficial in her season, competing at the highest level for a track athlete in the latter stage of one’s career is no mean feat.
