Maik Wiedenbach uploaded the video on December 21, 2022. He captioned the video, “Steroids are the answer?” In the video, the former Olympics swimmer explained his point through one example. “There are millions and millions of (steroid) users in the US right? A lot of them use more than Arnold ever used, but I’m not seeing millions of Arnolds,” said the bodybuilding and fitness coach.

He also said that steroids help a “good athlete” become “really good.” However, “they’re not going to make you from Homer Simpson into Arnold. My God!” said the personal trainer. He also explained what a bodybuilder needed to focus on besides steroids. According to Wiedenbach, factors like “work ethic, discipline, sleeping discipline (and) lifestyle,” have a more significant influence on an athlete than performance-enhancing drugs.
