The legend’s advice to older trainees? Zane suggested that a treadmill was one’s best friend at that age. He mentioned how he prioritized walking over everything else. He said, “Walking on the treadmill was always part of my competition preparation, but it’s essential as you get older.” It not only acts as a good warm-up but is also a good way to stay active.
