The power couple has been together since November 2018. The whole bodybuilding community admires them a lot. Chris Bumstead is a Canadian IFBB professional bodybuilder. Bumstead has been into bodybuilding since he was 14 years old. He began professionally competing when he was just 19 years old. He is the three-time defending champion of the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique. Bumstead also secured second place in the 2017 and 2018 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique. Now he is preparing for the upcoming Mr. Olympia to claim his fourth championship.

“I Slid in his DMs,” Courtney King laughed and Bumstead replied with, “She did, that’s all you need to know.” This was the straightforward answer to the question: how did they meet? But it isn’t the last thing. There is more spice to it. 

“She hit me up in the DMs and I ignored her for a while,” Bumstead laughed out loud while making this statement. The couple were giggling throughout the Q&A session, and by the looks of it, it shows how strong their bond is.

“It was right after the Olympia so like I was bombarded with by sh**,” Bumstead explained and continued with, “She hit me up and I lost that’s the true queen thing.” 

Courtney King sent him a message after the 2018 Mr. Olympia, where Bumstead became a runner-up. Surely it wasn’t a great time for him to respond to messages. So he had his reasons for his ignorance. Technically, they met during the Arnold Classic in 2017, when Courtney was competing. Then, later on, she flew to Canada in November 2018 to meet him in person.

Current status of the power couple

Recently, the power couple took away the breath of the whole bodybuilding community by announcing their engagement.

Finally, after being together since 2018, they are now officially engaged. All the fans are delighted by looking at their engagement pictures on social media.

Both Chris Bumstead and Courtney King carry the hearts of the whole bodybuilding community. They have both been together in their good and bad times, which makes them perfect for each other.
