On 18th March 2023, Stefi Cohen took to Instagram to share a compilation video that included clips of her workout sessions. The video opens with a man listing down the exercises women were “not allowed to do if they want a feminine body.” He reasoned that performing those exercises will broaden the shoulder, whereas, as “a feminine woman, she has small shoulders.” While the man’s voice played in the background, clips showed Cohen doing the ‘prohibited’ exercises.

Giving a befitting reply to the man, Cohen said, “How about you stop talking nonsense and we train however we like and want to train. Because your definition of femininity is long gone.” Furthermore, addressing the women, she added, “So, ladies, remember, weak men are scared of strong women. So don’t ever let one tell you how to train.”

In February 2023, Stefi Cohen was under fire for sharing her take on the Only Fans community. It all began when an Instagram user asked her about her plans of making an Only Fans account during a Q&A session. Cohen replied she’ll never sell her body, and that she doesn’t “want to capitalize on the vulnerability of men.”

The last straw was when she said that making an Only Fan would make her feel that she isn’t contributing something valuable to society. While she clarified it was just her opinion about herself and not the community, her statement hit a nerve for the members of the community and their supporters. As a result, Cohen received heavy backlash on the internet and it went on for days. Despite the criticism, Cohen stuck with her original stand throughout. Many netizens came out to support the power lifter too.
