Known for raising the bar for body symmetry and conditioning, Big Ron is one of the bodybuilding elites. As he hits the gym in the wee hours of the morning, the record holder once again wins the admiration of the fans.

Despite having undergone 13 major surgeries, The King is always one toe. Ronnie Coleman recently shared an Instagram post where he is seen working out. Seeing this, the fans were in absolute awe of The King.

Ronnie Coleman fans praise their favorite for keeping them inspired

While many were enjoying their nap in the winter morning, Ronnie decided to sweat out the extra fats. Earlier today, the IFBB professional took to his Instagram to share a video of him working in the gym. He was spotted lifting some heavy dumbbells. Sharing insights, the professional wrote, “Training at 4am in the morning is great. No interruptions.”

Ronnie’s comment section flooded in as soon as the post was shared. Praising Ronnie and admiring him for staying fit even after all the medical setbacks, one fan wrote, “and he still has better shoulders than most of y’all and me.” As Ronnie revealed, there’s “no one to ask how long you went be on that machine.” One of his fans jokingly commented, “No one is gonna ask you that anyway, king Ron 💪🏼😂”

During his prime, Ronnie was hailed for having one of the biggest and strongest shoulders in the bodybuilding world. But seeing him workout with such insane weights, one of his fans could not restrain himself from commenting, King Ronnie still got the guns!” As Ronnie gives out intimating looks during his workouts, one of his fans said, Who the f going to ask Ronnie how long on that machine!” Another fan was in awe of Ronnie’s physique and wrote, “Lookin good king!”

A look into the insane workout routine of Coleman 

When Ronnie was in the stage competition, he gave his competitors a run for their life. However, maintaining such an enormous physique, especially such monstrous shoulders, was not easy for Ronnie. Following a strict routine, The King made sure to train his shoulders twice per week.

Adopting a high-volume workout regimen specially incorporated to build his shoulder muscles. His typical shoulder workout would consist of the following-

  • Rear delt pec dec, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
  • Standing DB shrugs, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
  • Barbell front raises, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
  • Standing DB lateral raise, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
  • Seated barbell military press, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
  • Bent-over DB rear delt raise, 3-5 sets of 8-20 reps
