The world’s leading gymnastics apparel brand has once again partnered with the sport’s GOAT Simone Biles. Since cementing her name in the gymnastics realm the gymnast has worked with some of the biggest sporting brands in the past. Not long ago the buzz around the four-time Olympic gold medalist ditching Nike for Athleta made headlines. Likewise, a long-standing partnership with the US gymnastics team made Biles a member of Team GK Elite since 2015. The brand regained its elite star as Simone returned to the mat and climbed to the top of the standings in her first competition earlier this month.

Even promotions resumed in full swing, along with special presents for the much-loved returnee. Biles’ favorite brand put together a gift that she shared with her fans as she lined up for her next annual event alongside fellow gymnasts.

Getting gifts after a victory is common, but for the four-time Olympic gold medalist it is quite the opposite. Second in line in Biles’s annual gymnastics competitions comes the Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships, which got underway yesterday. Just hours before her performance, Biles shared a post on her feed by GK Elite with her 6.9 million followers on Instagram. This time the brand paired with Simone to design two limited-edition competitive leotards for her.

Over the years Simone and GK closely designed customizable competitive leotards drawing global attention to the brand. Their collaboration gifted three stunning collections—Replica competitive leotards, Signature training leotards, and Legacy. The first one is from the replica competitive leotards collection an exact copy of Simone’s U.S. Classic leotard. Biles also reshared the post on her story with a simple three black and white hearts matching her win attire in the caption.

The second is particularly unique, with gradients of lilac, purple, and black that are complemented by shimmering details in matching hues. The GK x Simone emblem is prominently seen on the left hip, highlighting the partnership between Biles and GK Elite. So, what’s special about these designs? The leotards combine fashion and utility with their workout leg cut, tank sleeve, and replica tank pattern. And to top it all off, Biles has been a household name for as long as the gymnastics community can remember, appearing with pride in these pieces.

The U.S. National Championship with GK Elite leotards

With a remarkable achievement of capturing five all-around World Championship titles, Biles joins a group of more than 150 gymnasts to undergo testing in California. She made a spectacular comeback with a perfect score of 59.100 at the U.S. Classics in Chicago, and now she’s aiming for national titles and a spot on the National Team. The world of gymnastics is unpredictable, especially after the ‘twisties’ incident, which saw several elite gymnasts make a name for themselves in GK books.

Not long ago, Sunisa Lee, the Olympic gold medalist who replaced Biles, joined forces with the Team sponsor to curate her leotard. Since they often collaborated in promoting GK’s designs, it only ignited a highly anticipated rivalry in the world of gymnastics.
