New York Yankees are inarguably the most successful side in Major League Baseball. Not even a shadow of doubt about that. And that is the main reason their fan base is so strong, despite their recent failures in the ballpark.

Not only among the baseball fraternity, but the Yankees are probably the only MLB team that has a global fan base. Even many popular personalities like LeBron James, Denzel Washington, Tiger Woods, and Kate Hudson are also huge Yankees’ fans.

Adding to this list, recently, a UFC Champion has also revealed himself as a New York Yankees fan. Though it is not surprising to be a Yankees fan, given the current scenario, probably no one would want to be a Yankee.

Alexander Volkanovski is a huge New York Yankees fan

Recently, Alexander Volkanovski was dominant and completely dismantled The Korean Zombie at UFC 273. And with this victory, his current record stands at 24-1-0. However, after his victory over The Korean Zombie, the Aussie MMA star has taken a break and is spending some quality time outside the octagon.

With the regular season running in MLB, there cannot be a better place to enjoy, and Volkanovski was in attendance to watch the New York Yankees vs Toronto Blue Jays game on Tuesday. Wearing a Yankees shirt, it was crystal clear that Volkanovski also loves the Pinstripes.
