In winning the national gymnastics championship title, the LSU Tigers squad kept no stone unturned this time. Head coach Jay Clark’s on-court and off-court strategies made the squad potent enough to surpass every challenge on the way. On the other hand, Olivia Dunne and her fellow teammates never went out of the mental support received from their surroundings, especially from their fans. In a stunning revelation, the data regarding the presence of fans in every home match touched the top scale for the LSU Tigers.

This touch of support and love toward the favorite gymnasts reached a historical point. On that estimate, the recent data displayed Olivia Dunne’s team taking another milestone in the grab.

According to the latest data published by Sprinklr, LSU Tigers’ lofty paws were loved by the most number of fans on social media. The data flaunted that opponents like Florida Gators and Oklahoma Sooners were nowhere close to the Tigers when it came to holding fans on the pages and posts over social media. The data had been collected since January 1 this year from the Instagram, X, and Facebook pages. So, as per the sport raconteur Cody Worsham, it is the “social media national title” for the Olivia Dunne starrer program. The numbers are naturally huge. Even the gaps with the opponents may send jitters among the fans.

As per Sprinklr. LSU achieved 3.38 million engagement counts from fans in the last four months. However, arch-rival Florida Gators stopped at a 1.38 million count. The 2023 champion Oklahoma Sooners remained at the third position with 1.32 million engagements over social media. Interestingly, in 2023 as well, Olivia Dunne’s team had remained far ahead on the same metric from others. So, these consecutive victories proved the LSU Tigers’ increasing popularity over social media. Apart from the stunning gymnastic show on the mat, the sneak peeks from the Baton Rouge camp and the gymnasts’ lives made the presentations far more riveting.

Having multi-million followers on Instagram and X already made Olivia Dunne a popular face to follow. Further, her presence in every match or gym schedule made the concerned posts far more crowd-pulling. On the same line, the stunning gymnastic displays and records made by the squad of Haleigh Bryant, Kiya Johnson, and Amari Drayton worked as the catalyst to turn the tide for the sake of the LSU Tigers. The same factors worked to increase the attendance in the PMAC for the season.

There as well, the LSU Tigers came out to be the champion, with a rigorous number of 75,000 in attendance in the matches. The average attendance also remained high- 12,590. Eventually, this was the highest average in school history. So after noticing such an outpouring, HC Jay Clark thanked the fan base wholeheartedly. Now, the social media engagements will give him solace as well.
