Simone Biles Spotted in a Rare Image With Sister and Her Girlfriend on Her Big Day

Simone Biles may be away from competing professionally, but she, to date, remains intricately involved with gymnastics. From raising awareness to helping young talent pursue gymnastics, Biles plays an instrumental role in promoting the sport. To make gymnastics more feasible for the youth, the Olympic gold medalist, thus, initiated her own gymnastics event to broaden the horizon of the sport for a larger audience.

For the last five years, the 25-year-old has been successfully hosting the Biles Invitational with a vision to help others achieve their gymnastics dream. However, it’s not just Simone, who is working for the cause, even her friends and family have lent her their helping hands. Here’s how.

The event that took place between 27th January to 29th January has been deemed a great success. However, making the venture a success wouldn’t have been a possibility had not Biles’ friends and family joined. Helping Simone by stepping into the volunteer’s shoes, best friend Rachel, younger sister Adria, and husband-to-be Jonathan Owens did their best.

Dropping pictures from the special day earlier today, Moore posted a memorable picture on her Instagram profile. Sharing a few snaps, she wrote, “had the best weekend volunteering at the the 6th annual simone biles international invitational last weekend 🫶🏾.” While Simone wore an off-white full sleeves T-shirt that featured the event’s name, the remaining others sported the volunteer’s outfit.

Rachel also dropped a beautiful text for Simone to appreciate her endeavors, “S, you’re such an inspiration 🤍🥹 i love you so much!” This year the annual edition of the championship was held at George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The three-day event witnessed many young talents displaying their gymnastics skills. A few days back, Billy Mounchan also posted a short video on his Instagram where Owens was seen helping around at the event.

Being supportive as always, Owens was quick to step into the shoes of a volunteer to help future bride Biles in carrying out the championship event with utmost passion. From carrying around the box to filling in participants’ details, the NFL star did his best to ensure the event was a success. Appreciating the Houston Texans player for his earnest endeavors, Instagram user Mouchan shared an endearing post.

Showering him with praise, the user wrote, “My pick for Volunteer of the year @jonathanOwens.” Simone was also at the event and was seen interacting with her young admirers during the autograph-signing session. The couple is now prepping for their wedding. However, the official date remains undisclosed. It is expected the duo will tie the knot before the start of the 2023 NFL season.
