While gymnastics is not just a mere sport for Biles, she stepped down from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, citing mental health issues as the primary reason. Her bold step didn’t just empower her, but also inspired many athletes.

Back in 2020, Biles followed up a TikTok challenge, which was also done by Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal. While Tom and Jake did it in a simple and straightforward manner, this is how Biles took the game to another level.

Apparently, Simone Biles never likes to do things in the usual manner. She uses her creativity not only in sports but also beyond it. In the same vein, there was a T-shirt handstand challenge going viral all over TikTok. The gymnast took up the challenge but obviously did it in her unique way.

Creativity is what makes a person stand out from the crowd. Well, that’s what the gymnastic icon did. Instead of wearing a T-shirt, she chose to wear off her sweatpants while doing a handstand. Not only on TikTok but her video gained popularity on several other social media platforms like Twitter and YouTube.

Tom Holland, on the other hand, found the challenge difficult. Spiderman tried wearing a T-shirt while doing a handstand and his legs leaning on the wall. The struggle was real. Many even poked fun at him, saying that his Spiderman training finally came in handy.

At the end of the video, Tom challenged American actor Jake Gyllenhaal. He too followed the trend and successfully completed the challenge his friend gave him. Notably, he struggled less than Tom did.

Simone Biles is always up for challenges. The athlete once introduced a rope challenge to her then-boyfriend, now fiance Jonathan Owens. According to the deal, the winner was to get 50 bucks. It was an exclusive gymnast vs NFL player match that the couple did. Guess who won the challenge?

It’s Simone Biles! She made it to the top in no time. Although Owens had her almost 3/4th of the way, the gymnast won the match.
