Wrestling gear giant Rudis posted a series of videos on its official Instagram page where different US wrestlers explained how their moves work. The move requires one to place their outside foot inside their opponent’s hip. Following this, one must sit up and pressurize the opponent with their back, while covering them to counter their next movement. Jordan Burroughs talked about the possible scenarios that may play out after this, but he had a maneuver ready for everything. This was also visible in the techniques of other wrestlers who were ready with counterattacks if their opponents tried to break loose.

3x World Champ Kyle Snyder was also featured in the post showcasing his move called ‘Front headlock underhook to knee pick’. The move pulls the rival competitor’s head to the mat with a snap, giving a high offensive advantage. Interestingly, younger wrestlers like Amit Elor also perfectly matched the level of Jordan Burroughs and Kyle Snyder.
