The move requires one to place their outside foot inside their opponent’s hip. Following this, one must sit up and pressurize the opponent with their back, while covering them to counter their next movement. Jordan Burroughs talked about the possible scenarios that may play out after this, but he had a maneuver ready for everything. This was also visible in the techniques of other wrestlers who were ready with counterattacks if their opponents tried to break loose.
