The Baltimore Bullet captioned his post with “A few unforgettable memories, Happy Olympic day.” Ian Thorpe, the Australian Olympic swimmer, expressed his pride as an Olympian and encouraged dreamers to work hard and believe in themselves. In line with the Olympic Movement’s mission to promote sport for the betterment of society. With this year’s  ‘Let’s Move,’ as reported by Olympic.com, the objective is to inspire individuals globally. Mainly to prioritize daily physical activity. Research findings reveal that many young people fail to meet recommended activity levels for optimal mental and physical health. IOC President Thomas Bach expressed the significance of sport in strengthening both the mind and body, igniting dreams, spreading joy, and fostering unity.
