With Trayvon Bromell and British sprinter Zharnel Hughes out of the picture, it was Canadian track star Aaron Brown who tasted the victory. He won the race with 10.13 seconds on the clock. Just beside him in the second place was Yohan Blake of Jamaica with 10.18 seconds on the clock. While Andre De Grasse with 10.24 seconds could only manage a fourth place.
