Virat Kohli

It is a well known fact how much the Indian captain Virat Kohli is a fitness aficionado.

On Monday, Kohli posted a video on Instagram of him training in showing off his abdomen muscles and probably more importantly one 8 innerwear, which he seemed to be endorsing.

One of the comments to the post was of Australian cricketer David Warner, who seemed to love Kohli’s abs.

“Ohh!! I love this man,” a comment from Warner’s official Instagram account read to Kohli’s workout post.

David Warner only seemed among many others who commented on the Indian captain.

It is no secret how fit Kohli is- as it has always been visible on the field. Like while batting, Kohli has led from the front in the fitness of the players. The likes of MS Dhoni and Kohli revolutionized fitness in Indian cricket with the latter taking the seeds sown by Dhoni a step further.

Teams preparing for the day & night test-

The talk has been all about the historic day and night test match that is set to take place at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata. India will be high on confidence after a victory of innings and 130 runs in the first test match against Bangladesh at the Holkar stadium, Indore. The win was on the back of a big first innings score with Mayan Agarwal scoring a double century and then the bowlers ran riot. The fast bowlers contributed with 15 wickets and Ravichandran Ashwin came out with the remaining five.

The pink ball is known to swing more under lights as compared to the traditional red light. Hence, India will be expecting their relentless pace attack to come good once again. The team were practicing with pink ball under lights before travelling to Kohli. During one of the sessions, Ashwin was seen involved in a funny moment where he was bowling left-handed in what seemed like an attempt to imitate Sanath Jayasuriya’s action/

The historic test match will start from November 22 in Kolkata.
