The Last of Us was, and remains, one of Sony and Naughty Dog’s biggest success. Yes, the sales were a delight in themselves, but it was the passion the game invoked in the players that probably satisfied the developers more. Their baby is considered one of the best games in PlayStation’s exclusive history, which is saying something. Naturally, everyone was looking forward to the sequel coming out this year.
