So they are coming up with some innovative ways to put the work in. Karen Khachanov and Grigor Dimitrov posted their unusual workouts.
The COVID-19 has disrupted all aspects of life, sporting events included. Easy as it could have been to slip into the gloom, the tennis players have adapted quite well. Many have even really taken to social media to keep their fans informed and entertained.
Stay at home or not, players like Karen Khachanov and Grigor Dimitrov cannot let their fitness slump. They are in the best physical shape of their lives; they have to be ready to take to the courts again when the Tour resumes.
Fortunately for us, not only are they still working out, they are posting it on social media for us.
Indeed, look at that balance from Dimitrov. No wonder he moves around the court so well for a man his size.

Now, how nice is that? Karen is certainly enjoying his time at home. With a newborn kid, why wouldn’t he? and as you can see, he is getting all the exercise he needs with the baby.
As much as the Russian is enjoying his time off tennis, he will surely want to get back to it soon. The latter half of last season was something of a letdown for Karen. He will want to resume his rise in the sport.
