Impact World Champion Shoots on Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, New Day, AEW and More

It is common for wrestling fans to witness verbal spats between Tony Khan’s AEW and Vince McMahon’s WWE. However, the current IMPACT wrestling champion, Moose, took vicious shots on AEW and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in the latest episode of IMPACT wrestling.

Moose stood tall when he won the IMPACT World Championship at ‘Bound for Glory’, bringing Josh Alexander’s emotional title win to a quick end.

On the latest edition of the IMPACT Wrestling, Moose stood at the center of the ring, boasted his recent win against Alexander when beat Alexander for the IMPACT World Championship, and how he is a changed man now.

Moose even name-dropped Roman Reigns

While cutting the promo, Moose revealed why he is the greatest champion of IMPACT Wrestling. He even claimed that he is the greatest champion among all the wrestling promotions across the globe.

However, it was the ending of his promo which took everyone by surprise. The current champion subtly took shots on AEW, Sasha Banks, The New Day, Charlotte Flair, and even the current WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns.

“It doesn’t matter how elite you are, it doesn’t matter what tribe you’re chief to, it doesn’t matter if you’re the boss, the man… hell you can add a new day to the week – I’m still the greatest champion in all of professional wrestling,” said Moose.

‘The Wrestling God’ sparked a debate on his Twitter when many of his peers wrote to him and said that he is turning into a savage with his promo.

The reason this promo is sparking a new breath of Moose’s character is that for some time now, it was AEW and WWE facing off against each other. Adding IMPACT into the mix can really make things interesting.

However, there can be a possibility that maybe AEW is behind all of this. This seems like a wild guess, but everyone knows about their professional relationship.

The companies are so closely tied that at one point IMPACT put the major belt of the company on the shoulder of Kenny Omega who works for AEW. Perhaps this promo is long-term storytelling between IMPACT and AEW and just a medium to take shots on WWE in the process. What do you make of Moose’s bold claims?
