The 2020 Tokyo Olympics has been making headlines ever since its grand inaugural last week. Courtesy of some worthwhile battles and exuberant encounters, fans from all parts of the world tune in to witness their favorite stars in action. However, even as athletes take to the courts of Japan, it was news from America that took the internet by storm. World-famous entertainment company Warner Bros recently released the breathtaking trailer of ‘King Richard’; A biopic of Richard Williams, father of the great Serena Williams and Venus Williams.
The movie captures the true story of Richard Williams, who spent a major part of his life training the William sisters. It highlights the struggles and battles he faced to make sure they had the career they deserved. Already excited, fans were sent over the moon as the incredible Will Smith perfectly dons the character of Richard.

The gripping trailer is an insight into the lives of the Williams. It covers their journey from the streets of Crompton to their way up the ranks. Undoubtedly, it takes several emotional twists, addressing the limitations and setbacks they faced, especially issues of race and color.
It highlights the grit and determination of a then young Richard, who believed his daughters could do the impossible. With 29 Grand Slam titles between the two, safe to say, Richard was right.

As Warner Bros. announced the release of this epic creation on Twitter, they sent fans into a frenzy. With outpouring love, impatient fans couldn’t contain their excitement anymore and took to the comments ecstatically.
