Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Fun Comic Book Popcorn Movie’ Makes Serena Williams ’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Believe In DC Universe Once Again

Alexis Ohanian, the tech investor and doting husband to Serena Williams, shares his views about the newly released DC movie. In just a few weeks since its release, the new movie, Black Adam starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, has amassed more than $300 million in revenue worldwide.

The Rock is assuming his first superhero role, and he is treating it seriously. Dwayne Johnson hopes that Black Adam can serve as an example for all young people and that diversity in movies becomes the norm. Ohanian shares that he enjoyed watching the movie and is happy that DC is turning waves for its fans.

Alexis Ohanian shared his appreciation for the new Warner Brothers movie with all his followers on Twitter. He highlighted how the new movie will spark waves for many years to come. Ohanian is best known for being the executive chairman and co-founder of the social media platform, Reddit.

He established the 776 Foundation in 2022 to aid marginalized people. He declared a $20 million commitment to tackle climate change through his brand-new 776 Fellowship Program. Ohanian is also the principal founder and investor in Angel City Football Club. He tweeted, “I enjoyed Black Adam. Straight up fun comic book popcorn movie.” 

The American businessman married legendary tennis player, Serena Williams in 2017. Ohanian met Williams at the Italian Open in Rome in 2015. They got married, two months after the birth of their daughter Olympia.

The Reddit co-founder further added in his tweet, “DC finally got a winner and I think they can build some fun movies off of this.”
