Josh Barnett announced on Sunday afternoon on his Twitter the return of Jon Moxley at GCW Bloodsport 9. The event will take place on March 30 2023 and fans are double excited now, with AEW stars involvement.
Barnett wrote, “What would a Bloodsport show be with out one of its staples? A man of controlled chaos. A man without fear of any challenger.

Moxley’s opponent is yet to be decided, but a banger match already expected by the hardcore wrestling fans. The wrestling world is demanding Mox to face Timothy Thatcher at Bloodsport 9. We’ll find out his opponent in a few days as the promotion announces it.

After leaving WWE, Moxley not only made a name in AEW but also in several other promotions and GCW is one of those. However, this will ‘The Lunatic Fringe’s’ fifth appearance at a Bloodsport event.
Prior to this, he was a part of Bloodsport 3,5,6 and 8. The wrestling fans are happy and the below reactions confirm the same.

Along with winning the AEW title three times and once the interim AEW Champion, Moxley is also a former one time GCW Champion.

Moxley has wrestled in three major promotions of the world
Since his WWE departure, several doors opened for Jon Moxley. He wrestled in AEW after making an impactful debut and also went to NJPW in Japan over the course of time still being in contract with All Elite Wrestling.

He is one of the wrestlers who has won Championships in WWE, AEW and NJPW in recent years. Moreover, fans wonder when he will be back in WWE as Dean Ambrose, but as of now he is happy in AEW and has a lot of years left in his contract.
