Matt Hardy also talked about how there were plans about ‘Broken’ Matt Hardy and ‘Willow The Wisp’ Jeff Hardy to join ‘The Fiend’.

“They said, ‘what if we did something now where Bray is doing something as a Fiend and people are trying to stop him and then all of the sudden there’s an appearance of a very hardcore Matt Hardy that shows up and then like this Willow the Wisp that or hardcore Jeff Hardy shows up,” said Matt Hardy.

It is very unlikely for WWE to show interest in other promotions’ gimmicks. However, there are some characters the Chairman of WWE knows that will make significant money. And that is why he has given a green signal for them on WWE TV.
