We are just a few weeks away from WrestleMania 40, WWE’s flagship event. And fans as always, are expecting full-fledged action as well as a few surprises. And sometimes the surprise is the shock appearance of a wrestler not in the WWE presently.

One of the top surprises on the wish list of fans of the TKO company is the return of Maxwell Jacob Friedman. The American professional wrestler left his future open in 2024 on multiple occasions, assuring that he would start a “bidding war” after January 1. So did DDP just hint at a WrestleMania appearance for MJF? It is something that the fans would love, though there was a widespread belief earlier that MJF’s contract was renewed several months ago and that his return to programming was only a matter of time; MJF is yet to make an appearance on Tony Khan’s promotion. And it isn’t just DDP who hinted at MJF coming to the WWE.
