Originally, last summer WWE had announced Money in the Bank 2022 venue will be Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. However, in the past few days, it is said there is a possibility of WWE moving the event to MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, a smaller venue than the previous one.

Money in the Bank event is on July 2nd, 2022, the same night when UFC will be held in Las Vegas. Tony Khan retweeted in his tweet saying, “Genius move trying to take on Dana and the UFC in Vegas during International Fight Week. See you tonight on Friday Night #AEWRampage on @tntdrama at a special time tonight 6:30pm ET/5:30pm CT/4:30pm MT/3:30pm PT!”

As per reports, WWE made this move because of poor ticket sales in a larger arena of Allegiant Stadium. MGM Grand is an adequate arena for the number of ticket sales that have happened till now. Tony Khan is praising Dana White for having a UFC event on the same night.
