In a rare crossover between the worlds of boxing and pro wrestling, boxing legend ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson faced off against D-Generation X with Chris Jericho. The Former World Heavyweight Boxing Champion had appeared on Monday night RAW. He teamed up with Jericho, who was at the peak of his fame and popularity. The duo faced off against Triple H and Shawn Michaels in the main event of Monday night RAW. The event was during the peak of WWE culture. The popularity of the WWE, coupled with another sport’s biggest star, made the match a unique occurrence. Mike Tyson was easily a fan favorite in the combat sports circles. The bout started out with Mike Tyson entering the ring with Chris Jericho, a sight that set the stage ablaze. The two superstars faced off against Triple H and Shawn Michaels, who formed DX.
