In a recent interview with gamebible, the former WWE superstar was quizzed about what strategies he would employ to beat eSports’ greatest characters. The superstar looked across his nemesis and found Sega’s speedster, Sonic, Kirby, and more challengers. He shared his special strategy to beat each one of them and had something special for the hedgehog.

He said, ” Yeah, so, you know, he is fast, he is quick, he is gonna stop for what, chili dogs, right? He likes chili dogs? I’ll just put a big fat chili dog, and he gorges himself, and boom I’ll grab him by his scrawny neck, chokeslam boom, six feet under, he’s done.”

While the WWE Legend may have found ways to beat each iconic video game character, Sonic is all set to make his return to the big screen. The next chapter in the live-action franchise of the hedgehog will see the return of legendary comedian and actor, Jim Carrey, who reprise his role as Doctor Eggman. Fans will get to see yet another familiar face in Knuckles, voiced by critically acclaimed actor Idris Elba.
