John Cena and Nikki Bella were together for almost six years. The couple shared some of the happiest moments together, one of which includes Cena proposing to Bella at WrestleMania 33. However, they announced separation one year after their engagement because of their differences. Three years later, it seems The Peacemaker actor still has feelings for the WWE Hall of Famer.

Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace aka Nikki Bella celebrates her birthday on 21st November along with her twin sister Brie Bella. Surprisingly, John Cena, who is known to share unexplained Instagram posts, added a picture that indicates he might have wished Bella a happy birthday.

‘The Cenation Leader’ shared a picture of a gift box on Instagram. Shockingly, the gift box’s color was similar to that of the former Divas Champion’s wrestling gear. The color of the box is red with blue ribbons.

Cena adds several pictures on his Instagram on a regular basis without any captions. His posts relate to trending things around the world. Therefore, sharing a gift box on Bella’s birthday makes it seem he was wishing her indirectly. 

However, he did not write anything indicating it was a birthday wish. As a result, one cannot be too sure of it.

Bella and Cena were one of the power couples of WWE. They also appeared on Total Divas, a WWE reality show several times where fans saw an insight into their life.

Nevertheless, Bella married Dancing with the Stars partner and Russian dancer Artem Chigvintsev earlier this year and also has a son. As for John Cena, he married his girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh on October 12, 2020, in a private ceremony.
