Dwayne Johnson Once Sided With $80M Worth Female Hollywood Star While Trolling ‘Best Friend’ Kevin Hart: “You’re Out!”

For nearly a decade, the best friend duo of Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart has entertained the fans. They roast each other on shows, interviews, and on social media, which is their tradition as friends. However, last year we saw The Rock feeling the same vibe along with other top Hollywood star. Also, this acting star is happy to be called the next Kevin Hart.

A year ago, Extra TV’s Rachel Lindsay interviewed Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt on the red carpet at the “Jungle Cruise” premiere Saturday at Disneyland. The host, after some funny moment between the co-stars, called Blunt ‘the Next Kevin Hart’ in DJ’s life. Surprisingly, the ‘A Quiet Place’ actress got flattered by the comments.

Blunt said, “You know what? You have just made my day, Rachel, and by the way, I knew that. Watch out Kevin (Hart), you’re out!”

DJ added, “She is taller than Kevin (Hart) too.” Blunt replied, “Much taller.” Lindsay added, “Shots fired”

Johnson’s reply to Blunt’s comments shows how much he has also become comfortable with her. They became good friends while filming Jungle Cruise, but became best friends while promoting the movie.

Due to the pandemic, the release of Jungle Cruise was delayed. Therefore, the co-stars together kept the fans intact with several social media posts. They later started appearing in several interviews in which we can see how close they have become and had fun all along, similar to what DJ and Hart have.

Nevertheless, it is safe to say ‘The Great One’s effort to convince Blunt to sign for Jungle Cruise got him a new friend. The British actress was planning to take a break after doing two consecutive movies. However, DJ and the film director convinced her to sign the Disney film.

Dwayne Johnson once chose Emily Blunt over Kevin Hart

A month ago, The Rock appeared for an interview with ‘It’s Gone Viral’ where the host asked him who is most fun while being on a press tour. He had options – Kevin Hart, Pierce Brosnan, and Emily Blunt.

Like everyone who watched the interview, the host too thought Johnson will pick Kevin Hart. However, the WWE legend chose his Jungle Cruise co-star, “Emily Blunt,” the name he repeated four times.

Further, The Rock shared the reason, “She drinks tequila with me on camera. We talk sh*t. Kevin runs a close second for sure, I mean Pierce is just the OG. But when I get tired of Kevin, I just put him in a pocket. Just put him away.”

Clearly, this show Johnson loved his time with Blunt while promoting their movie. This doesn’t mean DJ and Hart aren’t friends now, but the Teth Adam actor has one more fried to have fun while promoting movies.
