After AEW, Impact Wrestling seems to be on the road to becoming another hurdle in WWE’s path. We have already seen many superstars make the switch from WWE to Impact Wrestling, and there is now a new addition to the list. The company confirmed the signing of The IInspiration last night.

The IInspiration was previously known as ‘The IIconics’ during their time in WWE. The team of Cassie Lee (known as Peyton Royce in WWE) and Jessica McKay (known as Billie Kay in WWE) will make their debut next month at Bound For Glory.

The IInspiration also won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship once during their time in WWE. But the promotion released them earlier this year, and they have been away from the action ever since.

Now, they are back to prove their worth in Impact Wrestling.

We also knew The IInspiration as ‘The Iconic Duo’ back at their time in NXT. The team of Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay made their debut as a team back in 2015 and were part of the WWE house shows for over a year.

The duo made their NXT debut in WWE in October 2016 and even won 2016’s “Breakout of the Year” at the NXT Year-End Awards.

In 2018, they made their entry into the main roster as “The IIconics” and won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 35.

But the team broke after they lost a feud with The Riott Squad in 2020. After that, they tried to compete individually in WWE. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out, and WWE released both of them earlier this year.

Now, they are back as a team in Impact Wrestling. Fans will be excited to see how the former WWE superstars perform when they take the stage at Impact Wrestling. Not only is this a great addition for Impact Wrestling, but it is a great opportunity for The IInspiration as well.
