Vince McMahon is under investigation after news circulated over allegations that he paid $3 million to a former employee with whom he previously had an affair. However, WWE fans have been speculating about the future of WWE and the McMahon family.

Mr. McMahon announced he was stepping down from his position in the company. Furthermore, his daughter Stephanie McMahon will be the interim chairperson of WWE in the meantime.

The investigation is under process and Vince McMahon has already appeared on WWE TV twice since then.

One more change in the official position of the WWE

While Vince McMahon has stepped down from his position, Stephanie McMahon has taken over as interim chairperson of the company. We expect Stephanie McMahon to handle the operations of the chairperson until the investigation is complete.

However, the chairperson role isn’t the only position that was changed. After tonight’s RAW, they reported that John Laurinaitis wasn’t present backstage. The reports say that he is involved in the matter of Vince McMahon.

Fightful Select confirmed the news of John Laurinaitis being replaced by Bruce Prichard as interim Head of talent relations. WWE talent was notified of the change, with Laurinaitis on administrative leave from the roles, and Prichard in the spot on an interim basis.

They also confirmed that there was a celebration among the talents after Johnny Ace’s departure. In the report, they wrote, “However, the monkey’s paw put a finger down for some, as now one of the heads of creative is also charged with talent relations. Former and present talent alike chimed in, with one saying “Vince only knows three people,” as a joke to Johnny Ace and Bruce Prichard being tasked with roles.”

There is concern among the WWE talents regarding Prichard handling both roles for some time. However, the talents will to have to manage the change for a considerable time in the future. Also, Vince McMahon himself was said to be in a good mood again tonight, much like at SmackDown.

Ryback shares details of John Laurinaitis

While Ryback posted tweets regarding the investigations of the allegations on Vince McMahon, he talked about WWE’s management too. She shared a tweet with a picture of his call records showing WWE official John Laurinaitis’ call.

The tweet said, “Now it makes sense why @JohnLaurinaitis called with all the talent gone from @wwe Once you guys give me MY settlement terms we can talk Big Johnny. 😉 Talk soon. @VinceMcMahon”.

Further in the tweet, Ryback claimed the call dated 5th June 2022 from Laurinaitis is related to the current investigation.
