“Deserves Better”: Fans Up in Arms as They Chastise Vince McMahon for Doing LA Knight Dirty at WWE Money in the Bank

WWE Money in the Bank is going on with full enthusiasm. Thousands of fans are enjoying it live at The O2 arena in London, United Kingdom. And, millions are watching it in their homes, around the globe.

The men’s Money in the Bank ladder match has just finished and as expected, it was full of amazing action and brutality. The action impressed the fans. However, the same can’t be said for the outcome as Vince McMahon once again disappointed the fans.

WWE Universe is not happy as LA Knight didn’t bag the victory

The ladder match initiated with huge pop for LA Knight. Fans were cheering him every time he was giving the opponents a tough time inside the ring.

As the match proceeded, fans became certain that Knight will definitely climb the ladder and take the briefcase. However, nothing like that happened as The Judgement Day member Damien Priest snatched the opportunity from his hand.

These fans believe that LA Knight deserved the victory.

According to these fans, Damien Priest didn’t need the briefcase at this point.

The reason fans are going after Vince McMahon instead of Triple H is because of the recent reports. According to them, McMahon has been actively participating in the creative decisions once again. Even a WWE superstar has also stepped forward and claimed that Vince McMahon is still involved in the creative department and nothing can proceed there without his permission.

So when fans saw the superstar who least needed the victory, won the match, they immediately jumped to the conclusion that it must be Vince McMahon’s deed. The WWE started to drop hints of the crack between The Judgement Day long ago. And making Damien Priest Mr Money in the Bank 2023 was an obvious move since Finn Balor was the prime competitor for Seth Rollins’ world heavyweight championship.

Even though LA Knight didn’t grab the briefcase, he definitely would have grabbed the attention of the creative department given the fan response both in the O2 arena and on social media. And it won’t be a surprise if he gets more opportunities in the future.
