Recently, a 54-year-old WWE superstar mentioned his willingness to make an in-ring return at the WWE Saudi Arabia event on one condition, which is the high paycheck.

On his podcast, “The Kurt Angle Show”, Kurt Angle talked about his time in Saudi Arabia. He also discussed his rivalries with Daniel Bryan, along with Titus O’Neil’s infamous entrance under the ring. And most importantly, he talked about his in-ring return during the Saudi Arabia shows of WWE.

During the podcast, a segment came where Kurt Angle was asked about his in-ring return. To this, Kurt Angle first mentioned the rumors about Shawn Michaels’ paycheck for his return during the 2018 Saudi Arabia event. 

He said, “What are you talking about? I’d do it in a second…….Good knees or bad knees, I’d do it in a second.”

A glimpse of Kurt Angle’s WWE career

Kurt Angle has served WWE both as a professional wrestler and as an off-screen manager. He started his career as a professional wrestler in the company in August 1998.

During his entire wrestling career, Kurt was part of several amazing storylines. He won the WWE Championship in the early 2000s.

In 2017, Kurt Angle got inducted into the Hall of Fame by WWE. And the same year in April, he returned to WWE as Raw’s general manager.

Along with being GM, he also made his in-ring return as a member of The Shield replacing Roman Reigns, who was out of WWE at that time due to his medical condition. After that, he started competing in several matches until March 2019, when he announced his retirement on Raw.

It’s not sure if Kurt Angle will make his in-ring return during WWE’s Saudi Arabia event or not. But from his statement, it is confirmed that he is willing to return for some in-ring action regardless of “good knees or bad knees”.
