Surgeries in WWE are threatening, they can decide a person’s career trajectory. But in the arena, it is not only the wrestlers who have to go through injuries. Many people and associates backstage have to undergo surgeries to repair their bodies. This time the person in question is none other than the former manager of The Undertaker and WWE legend, Bruce Prichard.
Once called the most powerful man in WWE under Vince McMahon, Bruce Prichard is one tough son of a gun. The man has seen the wrestling industry grow to what it is today by sitting at the side of McMahon. His power and influence are undeniable for someone who came up from nothing. While all the other commentators stuck to their roles, Prichard stood up and achieved more.

WWE legend to go under the knife
While talking about his health and his left shoulder, the former executive director of Raw and SmackDown casually let it out, “April, we’re going under the knife again, Connie“. He went on to explain how this is going to cause him to take time off from work and cause a lot of pain. But fortunately, this will hopefully be the last time the legend goes under the knife.
Last year, Prichard reported that his rotator cuff needed surgery. At the time, he knew about the time it would take to heal and everything surrounding it. But this time Prichard hasn’t revealed an estimate. This could only mean that the time and rehabilitation time needed for this surgery is also going to be the same.

How influential is Bruce Prichard?
During the time of Vince McMahon, people quaked at the name of Prichard. Known as the ‘Gospel’ for McMahon, he had an amazing career. First, he jumped on the scene as a manager and commentator. But as time flew by and fresh voices took charge, he backed off. Taking multiple roles behind the WWE, Prichard slightly grew his influence and power.
