Vega replied by saying that it was the best day of her life. She also claimed that she enjoyed it as much as her wedding day. Surely it was an incredible day for Vega, who is married to AEW star Malakai Black. Whenever any opportunity would pop up in the women’s division, Vega would always be at the back of the line.

For the first time in a very long time, Triple H granted her the opportunity to have her own spotlight at Backlash, which made her night in her home country even more special.

When Vega came out for her match, she was proudly wearing the flag of her home country. Standing in front of her people in the middle of the ring, Vega couldn’t stop her tears from falling. At that moment, she realized that she had made her late dad proud by accomplishing the things that she always wanted to do.

Vega had promised her father that she would work hard to become a wrestler and a champion someday. She has fulfilled one of her promises, while the other is yet to come true. She was very close to winning the belt and completing her second promise, but she failed.
