In a stunning turn of events, Ronda Rousey made a surprise appearance at a Lucha VaVOOM area 51 event, marking her return to the wrestling scene after a two-month hiatus. This unexpected comeback took place on Thursday, October 26, at the historic Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

The crowd was taken aback when Rousey emerged from her front-row seat, teaming up with her longtime friend Marina Shafir. Rousey wasted no time sharing the entire match on her Instagram account the very next day, Friday, October 27. She wrote- “@luchavavoom was honestly the best Lucha/burlesque hybrid show I’ve ever had the pleasure of jumping into unannounced. Anyone who doubted me and @marinashafir could make magic in a ring is an idiot – thank you @thetayavalkyrie and @mr.briankendrickfor being down to get down with us” Her post not only showcased the action-packed bout but also featured a strong message from Rousey, asserting that anyone doubting her and Shafir’s prowess in the wrestling ring was simply mistaken.
