“An Intangible” – Roman Reigns Showers Massive Praise on WWE SmackDown Superstar

The WWE Locker room is blessed with immense wrestling talents that no other wrestling brand can even dream of. The RAW, Smackdown, and NXT rosters are filled with superstars that have the potential to be the best in the business. There is a great blend of experience and youth in the locker room of WWE. Recently, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns revealed who he could face in the future, and the names he mentioned are bound to make the wrestling fans happy.

Roman Reigns praises Sami Zayn and Big E

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is in the best form of his career. The tribal chief has successfully defended his title against multiple opponents and has dominated WWE since last year. The poster boy of WWE recently defeated WWE Megastar John Cena at Summerslam. Reigns recently had a chat with BT Sports’ Ariel Helwani, as he discussed many talking points about his WWE career. Roman, during the interview, was asked about WWE superstars that he could face in the future.

Reigns mentioned WWE Superstars Big E and Sami Zayn as potential opponents. He praised the duo for their work in the company. Reigns said that Big E still got that connection with the audience even after separating ways from New Days. Reigns then praised Sami Zayn by saying that he is good for television.

Roman added- “One guy, he… I don’t know how to get there without smacking the *** out of him, but Sami Zayn is one of those guys that where you can’t… He’s like your neighbor, he doesn’t scream Superstar, WWE Superstar. But there’s something he has, like an intangible that you can’t stop looking. He’s one of those guys that’s so talented that he, whatever it may be, it just needs a little more. If you can get Sami Zayn on TV more, that’s a good thing.”

The Head Of The Table is the face that runs the place

WWE and Roman’s decision to turn his babyface character into a heel certainly paid off big time. The head of the table has improved a lot, especially his promo skills. The help of Paul Heyman turned out to be a blessing for the tribal chief. Roman is still the face of WWE and has carried WWE Smackdown for over a year. With the help of Roman Reigns, WWE has earned steady and impressive viewership ratings for WWE Smackdown.

After his successful title defense against John Cena at Summerslam, Roman will face Brock Lesnar in the upcoming PPV. The return of Brock and the storyline surrounding Brock, Roman, and Heyman will be very interesting to see as fans are eagerly waiting for their rivalry to resume. Therefore fans may have to be patient about watching Reigns vs Zayn as the match doesn’t seem to be in the making soon. As for Big E, he could end up pinning the champ at any time and anywhere as he holds the Money in the Bank briefcase. So watch out, Roman!
