While this pairing was seen as unusual and wasn’t liked much by the WWE Universe, Cody, and Goldust do share a common blood tie. Goldust’s real name is Dustin Rhodes, and he is the elder brother of Cody Rhodes. While Dustin and Cody Rhodes share the same father, they were born from different mothers. Cody Rhodes was born from his father’s second marriage with Michelle Runnels. Dustin, on the other hand, birthed from his dad’s first wife, Sandra Runnels. This makes Dustin and Cody each other’s half-brothers.
