Recent interviews and podcasts have revealed that Brock Lesnar is a dream opponent for almost every young and upcoming Superstar. Here is another WWE superstar who wants to face Brock Lesnar in the ring.

Big E has now been in the WWE for over 10 years. He joined WWE’s developmental territories in 2009. After three years of work, he joined NXT.

Big E made his NXT debut in 2012, defeating Adam Mercer. Since then, he went on an undefeated streak for a long time. Such was his dominance, that he used to urge the referee to count to five instead of three.

He went on to defeat Seth Rollins to become the second NXT champion. Later that year, Big E lost the title to Bo Dallas and made his main roster debut.

Big E made his debut as a sidekick to World Champion Dolph Ziggler and made his impact in just a year. In 2013, he became the Intercontinental champion after defeating Curtis Axel.

However, his life-changing year was 2014 when he joined forces with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to form The New Day.

With the New Day, Big E went on to become an 8-time tag-team champion. He was also the longest-reigning tag team champion at 483 days.

Big E wants to face Brock Lesnar

Big E has achieved massive success with The New Day. However, the popularity of the unit has always forced him to stay in the tag team division. Here is what Big E has to say about facing The Beast in a singles match on the Table Talk Podcast.

“We have done some stuff with Brock Lesnar. I haven’t had an official match with Brock, but it forced to pick one, maybe Brock. Let’s say, Brock.”

Xavier Woods suffered a long term injury a few months ago. Unfortunately, Big E’s other partner Kofi Kingston also suffered an injury that will keep him out for 6 weeks.

However, this could finally be the time when the big man gets a singles run on the main roster.

Big E’s dominant and undefeated run in NXT shows the capabilities of the Big man. It will be interesting to see how WWE uses him in the future.
