According to Profightdb, since Goldberg arrived in the WWE promotion, he has lost only thirteen times. They include the record with Bill Goldberg’s appearance in the pay-per-view Royal Rumble 2004 and 2017. The Hall of Famer has been defeated only eleven times if we exclude the Royal Rumble event.

Not being in his prime years, Goldberg has now lost three straight matches for the first time in his career since his comeback in 2016. Monster Among Men Braun Strowman, The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre, and The Almighty Bobby Lashley are the three men who caused Goldberg to defeat straight three times in a row.

How many wins did Goldberg actually have?

Before stepping foot in WWE, Goldberg was WCW Champion. “Da Man” had an incredible run as the WCW Champion by defeating the legendary Hulk Hogan for the championship in front of 60,000 people. He has an unprecedented record of 173 victories to 0 defeats as the WCW titleholder. He destroyed everyone in his WCW career who stood in his way. Only a few men in the WCW Nitro, such as Scott Steiner, Booker T, Bret Hart, and Kevin Nash, are the one who could crown over the giant man Goldberg.

In his WWE career, to this day, The Hall of Famer has won overall 37 matches. These wins include six games of tag-team partnership with other wrestlers such as Shawn Michaels, Booker T, Randy Orton, and Rob Van Dam.

Who defeated Goldberg’s streak?

Goldberg’s undefeated WCW title holder streak run ended at the hands of Diesel, aka Kevin Nash. In the main event of Starrcade 1998, Kevin Nash and Goldberg collided in a No Disqualification Match for the WCW World Heavyweight title. Diesel played dirty by getting help from Disco Inferno, Bam Bam Bigelow, and Scott Hall.

Scott Hall shocked Goldberg with a taser gun. Kevin Nash took the opportunity to hit a Jackknife Powerbomb, which was enough to end Goldberg’s undefeated streak. Perhaps it was the only “credible” way for Goldberg to be defeated by Nash.

What is Goldberg’s real name?

William Scott Goldberg is the actual name of the 55-year-old American Professional Wrestler. People used to refer to him by the name of Bill Goldberg. He was born in Oklahoma state. Before joining the wrestling industry, he was a professional American football player. In the 1990 NFL season, he played for the Los Angeles Rams as the defensive tackle.
