Hogan had a huge physique which often made fans compare him with top bodybuilders at the time. However, once The Hulkster opened up on how he made a huge physique and it was sure by not just saying prayers and taking vitamins.

Some time ago, Pro Wrestling Stories shared a report in which multiple wrestling legends talked about the medications they used in their careers. One of those stars was Hulk Hogan, who admitted he had used it once.
Hogan said, “It was kind of a wave of what was the correct thing to do at the time. In the ’70s, 80′s, doctors would write you a prescription for a ster*id; every sport in the world was doing it. The mindset was, ‘It was safer than taking sugar’…”
The WWE Hall of Famer added, “I would tell kids to train, say their prayers, and take their vitamins. But it wasn’t just vitamins I was taking…”

This was the time when Hogan trained under Hiro Matsuda. However, in the coming years, he transformed himself into a totally different person. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger has acknowledged Hogan’s transformation several times.
What did Hulk Hogan say about the accusations against him in 1991?
The year 1991, Dr. George Zahorian, a Pennsylvania doctor who had worked as a ringside doctor for the WWE, had been convicted of illegally supplying performance-enhancing medications. However, the names of major WWE stars came out for their usage and Hulk Hogan was one of them.
Moreover, The Hulkster appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show in 1991 after they put the allegations against him. To a surprise, The Immortal One presented a different story.
He claimed, “I trained for twenty years, two hours a day to look like I do… I am not a ster*id abuser, and I do not use ster*id.”

Many WWE stars at the time stated that Hogan did use the substance. Moreover, sometime later he accepted using it and was sidelined by WWE for some time.
