

During an episode of SmackDown, Braun Strowman botched a throw during the match that could have injured his partner, Ricochet. Later, it was discovered that Braun Strowman suffered a concussion during the match. But, he had to leave again to undergo a neck fusion surgery.
Two-time World Champion and winner of the Greatest Royal Rumble, Braun Strowman is out of action due to injury but his association with WWE is still intact. Hence, WWE has decided to use him elsewhere where his fame and stardom will yield benefits to the promotion.

Braun Strowman returns to India after five years
As per PWInsider.com, the ‘monster among men’ Braun Strowman is expected to travel to India in December for WWE promotional purposes. Mike Johnson reported on November 21st, “Braun Strowman is slated to travel to India next month for WWE promotional appearances.”
WWE superstars are assets for the company as they have their marketable value and fan following. Hence, it is a wise decision on the part of WWE to utilise Braun Strowman’s time off from wrestling towards something productive. Even WWE Legends like John Cena have made similar visits in the past.

Though the upcoming visit will not be related to in-ring action, it is not his first such visit to the country. He was last seen there in July 2018 in Mumbai when he was part of the show WWE Sunday Dhamaal exclusive to Indian viewers. He then travelled to Hyderabad to shoot some promotional footage with Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan.

This time too, his visit is purely business. The 34-year-old Braun Strowman has been missing in action since May of this year after he suffered an injury. He had to undergo level-one fusion surgery on his C4 and C5 vertebrae. The operation took place at the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. But, his former tag-team partner has shared positive news on Strowman.

Injury update on Braun Strowman
While talking to Ten Count Media, Braun Strowman’s former tag-team mate Ricochet gave an injury update on Monster Among Men. He said, “He’s doing great, he needed a little surgery, but he’s doing great. He’s recuperating, he’s doing fine. I know he’s ready to get back, I can only imagine he’s ready to get back.”
Braun Strowman has shared a similar sentiment to get back in the ring. He recently shared a story on his IG account announcing that his surgery was successful.
