The first time was at WrestleMania 35 when Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey battled in a triple threat match for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship title.

Apart from making history by headlining WrestleMania, Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair will make a second bit of history.

This is the first time two women of their ethnicity are clashing at WrestleMania 37, especially a main event. Regardless of who comes out on top, this match will be a tremendous hit among the WWE Universe.

A recap of Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair

‘The EST of WWE’ won the Royal Rumble Women’s match and earned the opportunity to challenge any champion. After scouting for a bit, she challenged ‘The Boss’ for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship title.

However, before she challenged Banks for the title, the two united to form a team.

While Banks and Belair are clashing on Night 1 at WrestleMania 37 for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship, they used to be a tag team following Royal Rumble 2021.

They formed a team to take on current Tag Team Champions, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. Even though they couldn’t take down Jax and Baszler, it quite impressed the WWE Universe with the way they worked as a tag team.

When WWE ended a tag team match with a brawl between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair, fans weren’t happy with the build. Some hope the two Superstars will reunite as a tag team after WrestleMania.

It’s evident that the WWE Universe would prefer them as friends than foes. Nonetheless, the clash at WrestleMania is absolutely happening, and with that, the Superstars will mark their place in history.
