Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar‘s feud is nowhere near its end. Both the stars have gained one up on each other at two different PLEs over the last couple of months. Fans are biting their nails as they are anxious to find out which star will come out on top of another.

With the Money in the Bank season looming around the corner, the WWE Universe is hoping they will get to witness another clash between the two rivals at the upcoming PLE. However, Bully Ray suggested that Dominik Mysterio should team up with ‘The Beast Incarnate’ to punish Rhodes in the event.

Cody Rhodes needs to get beat down, says Bully Ray

Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Bully Ray expressed his desire to pitch Mysterio and Lesnar to annihilate Rhodes. He said, “I want Dom and Cody at the Money in the Bank. I want Brock to interfere and cost Cody the match, thus Dom going over and then Cody and Brock at summer slam in some type of gimmick match.”

“Let’s say that Brock came to the ring with a chain and started beating down Cody with a chain. Give me a chain match or strap match. Give me something like that right now. Cody does not need to win matches right now. Cody just needs to get beat down and fight back,” he continued.

Ray believes that ‘Modern-day Latino Heat’ and Lesnar working as a team to take down Rhodes might add depth to the storyline. It would draw more attention as fans will get more invested in finding out how the babyface Rhodes will overcome the heels, Lesnar and Mysterio.

On this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, the WWE Universe saw ‘The American Nightmare’ on Miz TV. However, Mysterio and Rhea Ripley interpreted the segment and confronted him. The Judgement Day members delivered several insults to him.

At the end of the segment, Dom-Dom even slapped Rhodes in the face sneakily. However, the latter couldn’t retaliate as the former quickly hid behind his ‘Mami’ after the sneak attack. The segment made Brandi Rhodes furious, and she even threatened to hit Ripley, if push comes to shove.
