Brock Lesnar, The Beast Incarnate, was one of the most feared names in the WWE or, as Paul Heyman puts it, the 1 in 21-1. For the past few months ahead of WrestleMania XL, there have been rumors that the company is planning for the star to make his much-awaited return. Since SummerSlam 2024, fans have not seen Lesnar on WWE programming due to his involvement with the Vince McMahon scandal allegations. With things slowing down, fans hope the company will bring the former champ back.

Another former champion who uploaded a cryptic post on Instagram is adding fuel to the existing flames. Could this be some insider information or just a coincidence?

Brock Lesnar was part of many plans the WWE had in 2024. Set to return at or around the Royal Rumble, the WWE would’ve given fans the much anticipated Lesnar vs. Gunther match. However, after his name was linked to McMahon and the scandal, the WWE scrapped all the plans. His name was removed from all WWE products, including promotional material for the WWE 2K24 video game.

With Lesnar’s hometown of Minnesota being the prime candidate for WrestleMania XLI, fans have been scouring the internet for hints of his return. Taking to Instagram, The Great Khali posted an image with Lesnar out of the blue.

The image was taken during their Dubai venture in 2018 for the Greatest Royal Rumble, and the post had no caption. The cryptic nature of the post led fans to speculate that Khali might be trying to hint at something.

When asked why his social media account on Instagram is so random, John Cena said it was for fun. The same can be seen with The Great Khali’s account. You will find numerous throwback images of trending stars with no captions. While this could be considered cryptic, it’s just Khali being Khali.

While fans would love to see Lesnar return, the WWE is juggling a lot on its plate. From the return of Bo Dallas and Uncle Howdy, their plate is too full. Along with that, they also have the new Bloodline storyline and Cody Rhodes as the WWE Undisputed Champion. If possible, the WWE may slate Lesnar’s return later this year to build up to Mania XLI.
