After his father’s demise Brodie Jr. was offered a contract by AEW and often makes appearances at events.
After Brodie’s death, Cody Rhodes and his family have been the support for Brodie’s family. At WrestleMania earlier this year, Cody Rhodes offered a special and emotional gesture to Luke Harper’s son.

Cody Rhodes played a significant role in the journey of the late Jon Huber, known as Brodie Lee in AEW and formerly as Luke Harper in WWE. Rhodes not only helped bring Brodie Lee to AEW but also served as a mentor to his eldest son before and after the untimely and tragic passing of his father.

During his WrestleMania entrance, he took a moment to go to the area near the ring where his family and Brodie Jr. were sitting.
He greeted Brodie Jr. and gave his weight belt to him who was sitting at the ringside. This heartfelt gesture showed Cody’s respect and remembrance for Brodie Lee and his connection with his son.
The bond between Rhodes and Hubert’s son was so strong that Amanda, Huber’s wife, revealed that she asked Cody Rhodes and Big E, who are her son’s two favorite stars in the world, to be present as she broke the devastating news to him about his father’s impending death.
