“I’m Trying To Beat John Cena” – Sasha Banks Reveals Massive Future WWE Plans

Sasha Banks returned to WWE at the Extreme Rules PPV this year. There she attacked both Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch. Following her return, we saw Sasha challenging for the title once again.

In an interview with the New York Post, Sasha Banks claimed she wants to beat John Cena and Ric Flair. Sasha Banks actually wants to win more titles than both Ric Flair and John Cena.

John Cena and Ric Flair have a very impressive and rare record of winning the most number of world titles in WWE (16). She said, “I’m trying to beat John Cena. I’m trying to beat Ric Flair.”

Sasha was also asked whether she was looking forward to revisiting her rivalry with Charlotte. Banks revealed she is looking forward to taking revenge on Charlotte Flair for all those times she has beaten her. Banks said, “Oh yeah I’m coming back for my revenge, all those times that that girl beat me up. I’m trying to beat Charlotte Flair and get more titles than her.”

Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair have not been in the same brand for quite some time now. But now with ‘The Queen’ getting drafted to SmackDown and Banks staying on the blue brand, we might see these two wrestlers continue their much-liked rivalry.

Sasha Banks will challenge for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion once again at WWE Crown Jewel. The former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion will go against Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair in a triple threat match for the title.

Sasha Banks was supposed to face Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2021. But Becky Lynch replaced her as Lynch made her return to WWE. We then saw Sasha again at WWE Extreme Rules 2021, where she interfered in the match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch.

Sasha Banks attacked both Bianca and Becky and made her intentions clear. She is back for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. In the following episodes of SmackDown, we saw the trio getting into various segments and debates. Ultimately, WWE made the match official among these three wrestlers at WWE Crown Jewel 2021.

Banks had an enormous boost this week when she defeated Becky Lynch in a non-title match on SmackDown. Now, it remains to be seen whether she can be victorious again at WWE Crown Jewel 2021.
