There seems to be some trouble in Wrestling paradise as news of bullying has broken out. A few days ago, Bret Hart revealed in his “Confessions Of The Hitman” that before Dwayne Johnson became The Rock, he got bullied by some of the biggest names in the business like Triple H and Shawn Micheals.
Now another WWE legend, Chris Jericho, vouched for the Rock.

A Newbie Dwayne Johnson Got Bullied In The Locker Room
On Thursday, August 13th, Bret Hart revealed in his podcast how some wrestlers would give the newbie Rock a hard time. Hart and Rock became close confidants during the 2000s, and the Rock confided in the Hitman about his struggles. The following is transcripted by Wrestling Inc.
“A lot of the wrestlers would give him a hard time in those days, a really hard time, enough to try to break him and get him to quit and they almost succeeded. [The Rock] was kind of a marked guy.”
Hart then named WWE Legends Shawn Micheals and Triple H as the some of the bullies.

“I remember Shawn Michaels coming into the dressing room and dressing down poor Dwayne. I believe, [HBK] told [The Rock] to never do a top rope dropkick ever again because that was his move. That’s what he was mad about. And then, he slammed the door and he walked out. The Rock was [deflated] because in those days, Shawn had a lot of weight. [So] he was apologising and said he didn’t know, and he thought it would be okay.”
The Hitman also revealed that Triple H was just as bad as HBK back then.
“Triple H was the same. He was always out to get The Rock. Shawn was out to get him and they just worked on him, and worked on him, and worked on him.”
Chris Jericho confirms these reports
WWE legend Chris Jericho has chimed in on this issue. On the latest edition of his Saturday Night Special, one fan asked Jericho about the validity of the Hitman’s claim. Jericho said,
“As far as I know, it’s true, from what The Rock told me. It’s the reason why The Rock and Shawn Michaels never worked a match. I think Shawn might have insulted The Rock when he was a kid in Hawaii or something, The Rock’s got a long memory. But yeah, even when Shawn came back, I believe there was one match where it was Triple H vs The Rock in Louisville, Kentucky. Shawn was the special guest ref and they were angling to try and do a storyline feud between Rock and Shawn and I don’t think The Rock wanted to do it.”
